The "Virus" Pop-up Scam

You might be browsing a normal website when suddenly you see a warning text like this:

WARNING!
"URGENT SYSTEM FAILURE! Your computer is infected with 3 critical viruses. Data loss is imminent. Call Support immediately at 888-555-0199 for a FREE scan to secure your files. Do not ignore this alert!"
